That would depend entirely on why we suddenly entered a little ice age. Climate changes like this don%26#039;t happen magically, after all.
For example, if somehow we entered a little ice age because of a few weak solar cycles, I would not advocate increasing atmospheric CO2, because once solar output returned to higher levels, we would be right back to where we started.
Of course, that would take some seriously big decrease in solar output to offset the recent increase in CO2.
Either way, your second question denies the existence of the greenhouse effect. A higher greenhouse gas concentration means a warmer planet, and vice-versa. This is basic physics. -
As long as it doesnt get so cold that it kills the plants ,now that would bad. CO2 is just a step in the process of the plants recycle of CO2 into O2 but the plants keep the C. The C later breaks down into oil %26amp; gas....
