Global warming is caused by more then one effect, one thing that people don%26#039;t understand is they think it is one thing. Those that say it isn%26#039;t human activity point to things like a Maunder maximum, a time of great solar activity (not that I believe this) but I have taken a rational look at it, and it is not enough to heat the Earth to the extreme that we are predicting. I personally think our problems are more linked to population growth then global warming. Those pointing to solar activity know nothing about astronomy or physics since it wouldn%26#039;t take a rocket scientist to look at a very near planet, Venus. Why is it hotter then Mercury when Mercury gets more solar activity?? OMG It is the atmospheric composition. How many people lived on earth when all this carbon was in the atmosphere previously?? 0!

if you would like to actually know what your talking about,I%26#039;ll help you get started. the average temperature of the earth in 2007 was 54.2 degrees.
now use your computer to check what the temperature was in years past, 10 years ago or 50 years ago etc.
we%26#039;ve only had satellites to check global temperatures for about 30 years so temperatures farther back than that wont be as accurate so use an error factor of 1/2 degree(.5)
forget the dramatic graphs %26amp; just check the actual temperature numbers to find the truth. -

How and where are they measuring the world%26#039;s temperature?
No one ever answers that one, do they?
I have several weather reporting services on my computer. I check their data for temperature in my area and then check the results against my own thermometers. They have never been within 10 deg of actual and many times they are off by 30 deg F.
How can they say the temp has gone up a degree or two over the past 100 years? It makes no sense.
The mean mass of water vapor is estimated as 1.27×10^16 kg and the dry air mass as 5.1352 ±0.0003×10^18 kg. which is about a million tons for every man, woman and child on the planet. Do you seriously think you could screw up a million tons of anything?
There have always been problems on earth, Volcanoes, floods, wars etc etc. Many before carbon was such a popular fuel source. Many before automobiles. Problems of the earth can%26#039;t be casually attributed global warming if it didn%26#039;t exist at a time when the problems did.

When politions got involved around 1998 the IPCC temperature map showed the medevil warming period as warmer than today, notice the hockey stick does not do this. Look up the medevil warm period. about 700-1000 years ago and the Roman warming period 2000 years ago. Do you see a cycle? About every 800 years we go through this. -
Sigh. Yes, global warming is real. I read about it on the internet, which Al Gore also invented. Did you know that people are also placing AIDS infected needles in the coin return slots in pay phones and on the triggers of gas pumps?

If you do the research, you will discover that %26#039;global warming%26#039; is not something new. The earth has experienced times of warming and cooling in the past. We happen to be on the upswing right now, and if you follow the MONEY trail, you will know that there are people padding their pockets upon the panic of the masses. -
A lot of folks deny global warming because it%26#039;s considered a liberal cause. They don%26#039;t bother to do the research, they just assume that supporting the idea of global warming, means they have to support Al Gore. Its ridiculous, most these people voted for Bush...if they were dumb enough to do that, you can%26#039;t expect them to have any common sense when it comes to our planet.

Some people think that spewing garbage into the air amounts to nothing,that it just goes away. Hello! Nothing ever just goes away!
