Imagine making a bet on the Super Bowl. The game is this Sunday, so win or lose; the turnover on payment is going to be very quick. The champions of global warming are asking society to place bets on something that nobody will live to see the results. Al Gore is not a scientist, yet he speaks with an authoritative position as if he were given an ascribed status as such.
A scientific study by rule is to be scrutinized at the utmost degree. In order to arrive at the infallible answer, you must take everything into consideration no matter how wrong the answer. This is not being done in the study of global warming. If a scientist so much as questions global warming, he or she is often attacked to the point that it ruins their career. This is not the scientific way.
The global warming dogma is generating not millions, nor billions, but trillions of dollars with investments. For example, a scientific team funded at a major university could be funded by private or public donation to find evidence to back the global warming trend. If the study concludes that there is no evidence for global warming, that money would disappear. However, if the study finds evidence of a warming trend, finances would need to be in place to further examine the evidence. The scientific community is in a paradox with global warming, claim that it exists to feed their family, disclaim it and go broke. Scientists are being paid to find favorable outcomes.
Global Warming luxuries are not limited to scientists. Non-profit organizations, private corporations and the like are generating millions in profits on supposed environmentally safe products and services. If the said corporation has stock on the public market, do you think that it would be advantageous for a shareholder to deny global warming? No way.
Many scientists, politicians, and major public figures hold millions in stock options with companies claiming to curb global warming. This is why you see anyone who does not agree with their accretions on the warming trend chastised. They only uphold scientists who advance their cause. Anyone else is battered until they succumb to the craze, or lose their career altogether.
I am going to give you a perfect example of the fallacy in their recipe for global warming. Carbon Dioxide is the staple in their argument. They claim that the ever so poisonous gas of Carbon Dioxide omitted from cars, factories, and the like are causing the warming trend. If I locked you in a steel, air-tight box, you would eventually die. The oxygen trapped in the box would soon run out, and you would breathe Carbon Dioxide, ultimately resulting in your death. When humans and animals breathe, we omit Carbon Dioxide. We breathe constantly. For this reason we actually omit more Carbon Dioxide together than anything on earth.
The scientists that argue the warming trend claim that it is the added Carbon Dioxide causing the damage. What they fail to tell you is that even if we eliminated every vehicle on Earth, the reduced Carbon Dioxide would only make up 1/1000th of the Carbon Dioxide released by humans. The whole argument is absurd.
In the late 1800’s traveling salesmen would sell miracle tonics. These tonics carried big claims. Supposedly it would make you stronger, younger, and cure all sorts of ailments. Little did the consumers know that the tonics were made up of carrot juice and ginseng with a side of sugar. Carrot juice has a lot of health benefits, but it will not turn you into superman.
Burning coal has a nasty effect on the environment. Breathing in a smog filled city is by no means healthy. Cutting back on this practice will go a long way to keep waterways clean, and provide a breath of fresh air. But, insisting that it will somehow curb an apocalyptic occurrence three hundred years from now, that is just as absurd as the spring tonics sold by the charlatans. I am a scientist. But, in our current societal climate you do not have to be a scientist. I have met kids on college campuses that claim to know everything about global warming, yet they major in art. This is how ridiculous our society has become. As long as you make dogmatic statements that global warming is science fact, and beset all others who do not ascertain that fact, you will be upheld as a patriot for the future. Just keep the shareholders happy.
Maybe in some places, but not here.
