Answers have been suggested as early 1896 based on calculations. Again in the 30%26#039;s, the 50%26#039;s and the 60%26#039;s scientists have tried to answer the question. I do not know any %26quot;carbon credit lobby%26quot; at the time which could have influenced the early research.

There are some scientists which believe in a lower climate sensitivity. Unfortunately, their statements are largely distorted and taken out of context by the bloggosphere.

To skeptics evidence counts - show us some convincing scientific evidence and we won%26#039;t be skeptical. The opinions of the people who %26#039;count%26#039; aren%26#039;t going to convince people who are naturally skeptical.
