• There is nothing that the UN has touched that hasn%26#039;t turned into an unmitigated disaster. Remember Rwanda? The UN ordered the general in charge of the peacekeeping force to do nothing for eight months while a million people were hacked to death.

  The best approach is an international treaty like Kyoto, only better. We know how to do it better now. Countries like China and India need to be included.
