The Sahara is the hottest place on Earth, according to %26quot;Planet Earth%26quot;, Science Channel. GLOBAL WARMING? Was it MANS fault? What could we have done to stop it? HMMM what can we do really to stop anything.
Please understand i know the need to do OUR part but do we REALLY play that much of a role? No, it%26#039;s more dependent on geographical location and a constant changing diversity then anything else. One could say simply; the result of transitional change within a ecosystem. Report Abuse

  • global (adj) - 1. of or applying to the whole earth.

Human activity has resulted in an increase of the average (over the entire globe) temperature above the natural background. It isn%26#039;t responsible for regional variations (e.g. Sahara) caused by wind/precipitation patterns, geographic locality (e.g. close to equator or away from moderating large bodies of water), etc.

Yes, we do REALLY play that much of a role. When there were just a few hundred million of us, we were insignificant. But our own mastery of our environment has the side effect that there are unintended consequences to our ability to move mountains, reroute rivers, and release Billions of tons of CO2 into the atmosphere. 0% 0 Votes 0% 0 Votes

  • I keep trying to figure out how Carbon Dioxide and Nitrogen Dioxide are supposed to cause a problem? They are both heavier than air and settle back into the ground and create more hydrocarbons. How can these molecules with specific gravity that is rgeater than 1 possibly float up into the air and cause a so-called greenhouse effect? 17% 1 Vote
