manda, the constitution may not give us specific rights to suvs, and electricity, but the Declaration of Independence does: ...the pursuit of happiness.

The democrats and republicans are basically the same party now...so you%26#039;re point does not fly..it merely reinforces the my point that liberals are trying to foist laws on us based on shoddy science.
