  More rain here, less rain there, glaciers advance and retreat. Storms get more or less frequent and more or less intense.
  
  Climate change always has an immediate effect on agriculture and availability of drinking water. Places that dry out get politically unstable and wars start. Ethiopia is a good example. Less rain usually has more negative effect than places that wind up getting more rain though places that get more severe weather usually aren%26#039;t prepared for disaster.
