It is already under control.. GOD put plants here and they recycle CO2 Into O2 and the plants keep the C. Later the C breaks down into oil %26amp; gas. I gues U could plant more plants. The plants collect the energy from the sun and store it as oil in there seeds.

There is nothing that anyone could do to change nature, or natural events.
So there are NO steps to control the myth that is currently known as %26#039;Global Warming%26#039;.

seed more clouds. or blow a huge balloon to make huge shadow. that will cool down the area.

global warming or not, pollution still kills thousands of people.

Launch millions of tiny, controllable satellites which expandable shades to block or allow energy from the sun to reach us as wanted.

Other than that.. there is nothing we can do.

Population control! Is it really necessary to have tons of kids these days?

there isn%26#039;t reallly one unless you know how to control the greenhouse effect.
