The cost of this plan in taxpayer money would be spread over 20 years or more, at less than what we are giving to the oil companies in 10 years.

Please feel free to take the lead on this, stop eating food delivered buy trucks made in those factories, out of steel made in factories,that use fuel made in refineries. Please stop using your computer and living in your home because every thing in your home was most likely made in a factory some where.
