IF people that are reading this would apply for a salvage license to claim the rewards in the process. would form groups from schools, clubs, organizations etc. and extract the sands of time that man has never touched forever to claim the treasures in the sands and at the same time would be helping in deleting global warming, by either finding certain locations needed or eliminating areas not needed, but at the same time helping to lowering our oceans from encroaching on our continents. all that are not doing this is watching our existenance slowly disappear.
