Why do people think global warming is fake? almost all scientists in the world say that global warming is real, but many people think that it doesnt exist, why is this, I just saw 2 very violent storms last summer, that never happened before at the magnitude, entire trees were up rooted and our power line was knocked down

for the guy that gave the australian news article, australians emit the most green house gasses per capita, and when al gore wanted to show the australian prime minister the movie, the prime minister said %26quot;I dont take policy advice from films%26quot; so I do not think that australians would make a good example against the climate change 13% 1 Vote

And I%26#039;ll bet that Australian think tank is a right wing propaganda outlet. You see, it%26#039;s easy to put out disinformation when the average person doesn%26#039;t have the knowledge to discern what is real and what is not. For instance if the Wall St Journal prints and article stating that the %26quot;Science is in, AGW is a myth. It looks good , sounds good, after all it%26#039;s the WSJ right? Wrong! It%26#039;s a complete hit piece on AGW by an ultra right wing newpaper. The scientific paper they quote isn%26#039;t worth the paper it was written on.

This was manuscript that wasn%26#039;t peer reviewed. Yet ultra right wing Wall St. Journal prints the story as if it is the final word on climate change.

They are famous for other articles making similar claims by the well know skeptic Lindzer, as if that one skeptic outweighs the thousands of scientists who agree with AGW. This is the problem when skeptic scientists try to sway public opinion to their side, by going through the mass media, whereas real climate scientists present their findings to other scientists for review.

Ed F says scientists who disagree with AGW have lost their jobs. I don%26#039;t know about that, but I do know that when Pres. Bush has a govt study of climate change done and he didn%26#039;t like the results, he had his lawyers change the wording of the report made by scientists, to better fit the administration%26#039;s agenda. And I know that a leading scientists involved in that study had to quit, so he could go public with the truth. And he said many scientists were afraid they would lose their jobs if they supported the AGW theory.

Voice of reason says almost all scientists is an exaggeration. This is the strategy of the skeptics. First they say there is no consensus.
Then when you show them that there is overwhelming consesus, they say consensus doesn%26#039;t mean anything. As far as flat earth believers, I think we know who those are.
