I didn%26#039;t provide links because I thought it was common knowledge by now, but Dana provided a couple of links.All of these beliefs are non-scientific. they are an assault on reason and an embarrassment to humanity. they are all underpinned by a literalistic religious fanaticism that respects bronze age superstition more than the best data available.
Palin on Creationism:
%26quot;In a 2006 gubernatorial debate, the soon-to-be governor of Alaska said of evolution and creation education, %26quot;Teach both. You know, don%26#039;t be afraid of education. Healthy debate is so important, and it%26#039;s so valuable in our schools. I am a proponent of teaching both.%26quot;

While we%26#039;re at it, let%26#039;s teach about the flying spaghetti monster!
Clearly beauty queen hockey mom Palin has little to no interest in science or listening to what scientists have to say. This is not a person we can risk having one old man%26#039;s heartbeat away from the presidency of the United States.
I don%26#039;t want my tax money to be spent on fixing a problem that will fix itself in a decade or two! Remember in the 70%26#039;s how everyone was freaked out about global cooling?
And I don%26#039;t want kids to be told that they evolved from monkeys and the only purpose in life is to live and die and become plant food, and %26quot;if it feels good, do it!%26quot;
If you don%26#039;t back up your claims with actual evidence, then people won%26#039;t take you any more seriously than the GW denialists.
