Believers will still probably not become skeptics but they just might begin to comprehend why the evidence that overwhelms them leaves us cold and asking for more and better.

Heretic agreed, Bestonne when I ask the question tomorrow and I will let it run at least 3 days you will understand why skeptics keep asking for proof on the global warming subject and why for several thousand years the faithful have tried their best to eliminate our genes from the gene pool by whatever evil means they could find.

Nothing wrong with that philosophy. I dwell on the unknowns, as with most skeptics. It%26#039;s a perpetual gathering of knowledge and not isolated facts.Other Answers (9)

No.
It does not matter if the so-called %26quot;skeptics%26quot; don%26#039;t understand the evidence that proves the existence of man-made global warming. It is a proven fact--and facts simply ARE. A person either knows and understands the facts or they are ignorant. There is no %26quot;thought pattern%26quot; to it.
If a skeptic wants to %26quot;ask a question%26quot;-first they need to admit they are ignorant and be willing to learn. Then the questions will have meaning. Otherwise, they area waste of time. -
It%26#039;s probably because skeptics realise that global warming has enough evidence that it%26#039;s happening, caused by us and probably harmful which is why all skeptics accept it as such.
The denialists just don%26#039;t understand the evidence and why it is the way it is, it gets explained a lot around here (and in other places on the net so there%26#039;s really no excuse for still believing in the nonsense that humans can%26#039;t affect the climate of this planet). -
If I have this right this isn%26#039;t a question but the pre-curser to a question you will post tomorrow, why!.
Why not just post your question now, this is just a waste of time and probably a rules violation here, as you are not really asking a question. -
I%26#039;m always open to a challenge. I%26#039;ll be there. But I%26#039;m also going to be away for a couple of days, so please don%26#039;t cut it short.

the problem that exists is that there is very good evidence that AGW is real, and is a problem.
%26quot;skeptics%26quot; tend to be deniers that pretend to not be sure yet.
however, the sources they quote are just not reliable.
the heritage foundation and oism just don%26#039;t make it as bastions of science.
the cato institute, and the energy industry aren%26#039;t unbiased in the least.
some post youtube as if it was reliable.
when you see postings that indicate AGW is a problem, the good ones post honest science, from real scientists.
and then we get %26quot;it%26#039;s a huge conspiracy to keep all the people at NASA, NSF, NOAA, and many more employed.%26quot;
it%26#039;s unbelievable.
EVEN BUSH said it was a problem, and that now we need to find means of addressing the problem such that the US economy can make a profit doing so.
if i see such a question that has some rationality to it, i%26#039;ll probably reply.
even though i think the poster has his mind made up sufficiently that there is no way in the world that anything at all can change his mind.
