Any creative re-uses for nylon scouring pads? The type that are rolled and circular....once they are totally unravelled, is there any way I can re-use them as something else maybe?

I%26#039;ve found a couple of uses for them.
1 fill a flower vase with them to hold stems of dried or real flower arrangements
2 use as padding when packing away Christmas ornaments or when sending Birthday gifts etc.
3 After careful cleaning and a weight added they make ideal fry nests in my Platy and Guppy breeding tank.

In a guppy tanks? Dont the fry get tangled in them?

• They can be used to create self-shaving pantyhose.
• Probly find use as a barrier in the garden to stop evil slugs/snails! They don%26#039;t like crawling over rough stuff so razor wire, ground glass (joking) or indeed cleverly placed scouring pads round yr letttuces, or wotever it is the slugs attack. Especially with all this rain.
