Why would it matter? If you do something good for the environment and get paid, does that somehow make it less good? A charity won%26#039;t be able to manage all of it%26#039;s resources and money with volunteers alone. All charities need to have someone who is held accountable, and to get a quality person with a proven track record is going to cost.
