Can the gooey mucous-like substance of okra be used as an alternative for K-Y Jelly personal lubricants?

They do make natual personal lubricants you know... Some of the bigger name brands (I think WET is one of them) are now making %26quot;green%26quot;er varities that are paraben free. Emerita makes a natural one, they sell it at the Whole Foods by me...
Save the okra for eating and just go buy one of these.
