  • Do you mean just to put them in the bins of course all that stuff is good to go. I even put the wax coated food boxes flattened out in the recycling paper and the guy hasn%26#039;t complained yet. If you mean recycle by get them out of the house usually the local grocery store has a recycling container. By the way the plastic from the gross frozen meals are one of the biggest consumers of land fills! 0% 0 Votes
  • Somewhere on the web -- try to Google, or something like it -- is a guy who has come up with a recycle process. He takes plastics like you mention, plus milk jugs, plastic drink bottles... all kinds of plastic. He shreds it with a wood chipper/shredder. Then has made tubular molds -- 3%26quot; to 4%26quot; diameter and 6-feet long -- that he fills with the shredded material, heats the molds, and when cool, out pops a fence post. The posts are Eco-friendly as wood isn%26#039;t needed and they don%26#039;t eventually rot; and they can be painted. They hold up better that conventional posts as they don break! You can straighten them back to the original shape if they get bent!

Thing is, I%26#039;m still looking find it again (lost original in HD crash), but stay in touch. If I find it I%26#039;ll email the URL. 0% 0 Votes
  • Anything can be recycled but at the end of the day it comes down to cost. Recycling is a joke but everyone is jumping on the bandwagon. believe me I work within the industry and what joe public thinks they are doing for the planet is all false if there is no money in it then it is sent to landfill? 0% 0 Votes
  • Yup, anything with the lil recycling triangle can be put into the plastics blue bag. And anything paper can be put into the paper one. For the most part paper isn%26#039;t such a huge deal. I throw most into my compost. But plastics are another thing different. It lasts for thousands of years. 0% 0 Votes
