this is what i mean:
peaceful countryside; quiet and calm...
-people say YES to cement plant = pollution and hard work and organic farmers losing their jobs
-people say NO to cement plant = less pollution and no jobs lost and less petrol wasted etc.

I dont understand what you mean? We have many cement plants and we use the stuff because its fairly cheap and does a great job. The thing about cement is that its very expensive to transport so most cement companies will setup shop near a port or rail transportation (since those are cheaper than by truck) and will setup near where it will be used a lot. I dont think there is a shortage, there%26#039;s naturally plenty of stuff to make cement.

• Actually the need for any commercial establishment is based on the Demand. Demand depends on our consumption. consumption are usually self-required or market-forces-driven
