Have you seen your doctor? Sometimes just talking to someone impartial can really really help. Also your lack of energy may not just be symptomatic of depression or stress, you may be suffering from anemia, iron deficiency or something else and you really should have a doctor run tests to make sure everything is okay.Perhaps it%26#039;s time to start re-evaluating your life. Just changing one small thing can make you feel a lot better. If there is one thing that is getting you down, from your career to a relationship, see what can be done to change it. Remind yourself of all the good things you have in your life- it becomes easy to take things for granted. More than anything, try not to segregate yourself from the world. The more you do, the worse you will end up feeling and people around you will find it even more difficult to understand your situation which often leads to comments like %26#039;why don%26#039;t you just cheer up a bit%26#039; which are unhelpful and can be even more damaging and isolating.
It%26#039;s funny, but we worry so much about our physical health that we often forget to take care of ourselves mentally too. Take time to decide what you want from your life right now and what can be done to make it happen. If you begin to feel happier with your situation in life, you will feel more energetic.
Good luck and best wishes

Yes, if you are depressed you need to do something that you enjoy doing -- Something needs to change in the way you think. You made need to pursue something in your life that has more meaning to you. Also, you may be deficient in vitamins -- like vitamin D! The sun gives you this, or you may take daily capsules. Hope this helps. Try to really figure out why you might be in this situation. Are you not exercising?

Go on a high anti-oxidant diet for 4 days before switching to something normal. Drink lots of water during those days as well. If you snore, use a CPAP machine to increase your blood oxygen level while you sleep. Gradually build up your work out regimen. You can decrease the boredom of working out by using a video ipod or audiobooks.

revisit what hobbies you used to enjoy.. i.e. taking walks, eating your favourite foods, reading favourite books, etc.. if you%26#039;re enjoying what you%26#039;re doing, you%26#039;re bound to get energy just from those things..
