It depends on how they are grown, Organic farmers use natural fertilizers and in general use about 25% less fuel to maintain crops. Where will the crop go when it%26#039;s harvested, how will it be processed,etc.

good - too many of us do not look at the big picture. many things happen after the harvest and potatoes may have to be eaten sooner than the others if used only as food
