Environmental Carelessness? Isn%26#039;t it a bit hypocritical and careless of the Democrats to be dropping over a ton of confetti tonight outdoors in Denver?

After all I%26#039;m sure that the wind will blow much of it out of the stadium and will create litter throughout the city. Not to mention all the trees that were killed to create this glamor.

Its funny how the libs are always so quick to point out everyone%26#039;s short comings (many times rightly so), however, the moment their own short comings are brought to attention they make up so many excuses!

• That just points out the big difference between Democrats an Republicans, the Republicans aren%26#039;t known for caring about the environment, so they won%26#039;t be criticized for their wasteful ways. I have often wondered how someone could see someone trying to make a difference and only see their short comings.
  
  I think they lead by example, and that occasionally their is an oversight. It is possible that the confetti is biodegradable and the news just didn%26#039;t pick up that story.
• Do you know what the confetti it made of? It could be made of potato skins like some of the new green products. Anyway paper decomposes very quickly so even if the confetti is paper it will decompose in a short time.
• Maybe you need to know the whole story and what the intent to clean is. How are you sure the confetti will create litter?
