FYI - bio bricks are made from compressed sawdust and are used in wood stoves in place of cord wood.

I haven%26#039;t heard of the term Bio Bricks before, but I did see something about the artificial logs made from compressed sawdust. The take the sawdust from a company that makes wood flooring and compress it under very high pressure. The logs burn for a long time and are more efficient than real wood however after all the energy the spend cleaning the sawdust and compressing and packaging and shipping I don%26#039;t see how it can be more %26quot;green%26quot; than burning real logs.
