How are we supposed to stop global warming? It is such a big thing and it doesn%26#039;t seem anyone is making drastic changes to help it. We get informed on it everyday but how are we supposed to change... I can%26#039;t even put in words what I mean. Humans HAVE to be part of the problem, come on you can%26#039;t deny it that the cars we drive cause pollution and greenhouse gases. Well the very BEST way we can make a difference is if we just switch to an alternative fuel source...I mean you hear every day how much output the sun has....and it IS possible to use it...very cheap too...the only problem: polotics are too selfish to make things cheaper and better for everyone else...that%26#039;s all it%26#039;s ever been about is money...they honestly don%26#039;t care what%26#039;s going on wit the environment.. 0% 0 Votes

I will concede that we humans must strive to be better stewards of this planet Earth and do what we can to reduce our contribution to global warming. But science is proving, and the evidence is growing among top scientists, that humans play a minor, if negligible role in actual global warming.
But just for a minute let%26#039;s suppose we inhabitants of earth are truly to blame. Just for your information the USA and our peoples are the most responsible and energy-conserving in the world. Sure we use a lot of energy and that is because we are the most technologically-developed nation in the world. Other nations such as China and India don%26#039;t have nearly the strict standards and regulations that we operate under. And they are at this moment engaged in drilling off our shores, taking the oil which we should be pumping. And we cannot, due to the liberal Democrats blocking us.
And science is proving beyond a doubt, that we are not responsible for global warming.
During the millions of years the earth has been in existence, the planet has undergone periods of ice ages and periods of warming. A normal cyclical happening.
Now, to the best of my knowlege dinosaurs did not ride around in SUV%26#039;s or jet planes, or leave the lights on at night.
So how can present mankind, especially the %26quot;evil energy mongering American%26quot; be blamed as per Al Gore and Michael Moore. Moore is so useless and he%26#039;s financed by George Soros, a billionaire whos is hell-bent to bring down the USA. And Al Gore has become a multi millionaire from profits reaped from his scare tactics and ties to the %26quot;greenies%26quot;
If you want to place some blame, then talk to Obama who has his %26quot;buds%26quot; jetted in for a quick game of pickup basketball.

Wow if Cristal did her research using only snopes.com (her blog) then she really doesn%26#039;t know how to do proper research as she says she does. Proper research includes using at least 3 sources for information. Those sources of information should be written or spoken from professionals in the field with a college degree when aplicable (as it is aplicable on this issue). It is also a good idea to find sources that may not agree with one another that way you have more than %26quot;one side%26quot; of the story. She went to this one web page and believes every word of it. Anywho, I think global warming is real. Just my opinion. Look at the statistics yourself. Look at the ice caps and shelves melting away. Those weren%26#039;t supposed to start melting until 20 years from now or longer. It is just all happening to fast. Then look at all our hurricanes (I live in Louisiana and this is getting bad!) and all the tornados and freak floods. My family experienced an earthquake up north where the scientist didn%26#039;t even think there was a fault line. It was the first recorded earthquake there.... EVER and that was just last month. I think all we really need to do is look around and open our eyes to see that we are killing our beautiful planet. The government is the one that needs to make the change. They need to let us have better fuel sources that are out there, like the hydrogen car (ZERO EMMISIONS), but they don%26#039;t make money off of that. There are better ways than coal plants to produce energy, but the government doesn%26#039;t make money off of that either. So it all boils down to MONEY. Sad story I know.
