How can construction rubble be recycled?
In a recycling centre, there is a section set aside for construction and building rubble. How can they be recycled?

it is taken to or on large sites they will bring a concrete crushing plant to site, once its been through this machine you end up with a nicely graded material that can be used in foundations under paths and the like. also we use a retread operation on minor roads, this grinds up the existing road surface adds some extra material and relays it hence recycling,

- Many thanks, the three of you, for answering. Seriously, I never thought of recycling rubble like that. Now that I see it, it makes a lot of sense.
Cheers.

it is crushed and used as aggregate in concrete or as gravel for landscaping or roadways, or as filler on construction projects.
