How does energy flow through a wetland food chain?

Best Answer - Chosen by Voters

it%26#039;s a huge mess if you were to draw it, hehe.

Sun%26gt;vegetation as it doesn%26#039;t give energy to animals or humans.
Vegetation%26gt;herbivores which include insects

Detritovores (mold, insects, bacteria)-the ones that eat the decaying and dead stuff. Basically you have veg, herbivores, and carnivores, other detritovores going to these

carnivores%26gt;herbivores and other carnivores. remember a bug can eat some plant, then another bug can eat the herbivore bug, a bird can eat that bug, a snake can eat that bird, and keep going up until you reach the top of the food chain for the wetland.

Soil doesn%26#039;t give out energy, it gives out nutrients. Plants get their energy through photosynthesis which is supplied by the sun. 67% 2 Votes

over and over again... too bad you can%26#039;t draw on this else it%26#039;ll be much easier and clearer 0% 0 Votes
