I would do some research for what Germany is doing. They are one of the most advanced in recycling programs at the moment. There may be a system they are running that will help you. I found some pretty obscure information from a German news article a month or two ago about another recycling program. Sorry cannot remember over a month ago. 75% 3 Votes
