  • I think it is likely for some part of this world. I can recall when the Japs invaded and occupied China in the 40s. My mom went with me to the food market in China, she bought a piece of pastry named as %26quot;meat and vegetable bun%26quot;. It was in white color. After she torn the bun into two pieces, one smaller piece for me. I chewed on a small finger nail. My mom told me to keep quiet and then threw the whole bun into the ditch in our native village of Toyshan, China. I learned the bun was made from human flesh, flour and veggie. During the world war II, many Chinese were starved to dead. They had tried to kill weak and feeble humans to make foods and sold it in the public market. As we human kinds neglecting the global warning and keep on contaminating our environment, our world will turn into ecological disaster and population crisis. It is still sufficient food for the whole world population. But the uneven wealth distribution because the imperialism of stock markets and investments in crude oil, food commodities fund, mutual and hedge funds. These investments are making the rich become richer, and the poor cannot afford to eat and starve to dead. It reflects nowadays human kinds are lack of concern, merciless, greedy, selfish, and fear. And finally when the foods are getting less and less, our political leaders may think about something like Soylent Green Wafer made from corpses. 20% 1 Vote
  • Given that dead bodies decompose and become part of the soil at the base of the food chain, ALL food to at least some degree is recycled human flesh.

As to the idea of %26quot;global starvation%26quot; that%26#039;s just silly. The only famines to occur since the beginning of the twentieth century were the direct result of war and/or genocide and had nothing to do with food production. Food production per person has consistently increased over the last couple of centuries, to the point where many of the countries that used to experience food shortages are now exporting food.

The only threat of %26quot;global starvation%26quot; that exists now is the biofuels craze. Burning food to power our cars is just stupid. 0% 0 Votes
  • It looks like in the future, food distribution may become a greater issue than it is now, but it will NEVER come down to recycled dead humans being processed as a food product for the rest of the world population.
Yes! I saw the movie, too.
Cake won%26#039;t do it either. 20% 1 Vote
  • Didn%26#039;t you watch the movie. We are already suppose to be extinct. Another liberal, hysterical, unintellectual theory. That was before acid rain, ozone hole, river nutrification, seagull jeopardy, and global annihilation from starvation. 0% 0 Votes
  • I think some people already do. Cannibalism has been shown to lead to prion related diseases much like CJD or mad cow disease for people. Now which group of people would you describe most like a herd of mad cows? 0% 0 Votes
  • well you have a point there.
but our social culture will not allow such a step.this will be tantamount to cannibalism.however efforts to recycle other herbivorous material may be an option. 0% 0 Votes
