Is the new source of fusion like energy that is claimed by a startup company called Blacklight Power for real? There is this heavily funded startup company called Blacklight Power (i%26#039;ve no affiliation with them) who claim to have invented a new way of harnessing low temperature fusion like energy. They have been in existence for over 5 yrs. If the energy source was real why don%26#039;t we hear much about them in media?
Asker's Rating:
There might be some merit to this idea since it has drawn so much of VC money. Also they have been able to publish articles in reputed journals. I%26#039;m still wondering why they have not got good publicity recently.

  • That%26#039;s a big IF.

No, not just a big IF, but a really, really big IF. That IF is so big that you have to have a special font just to comprehend it. It is an IFAMAJORA. If you started with an OAF, like Al Gore, and converted it to an IF, it still wouldn%26#039;t be as big as your IF. Romeo Mike, you%26#039;re joking about the oil company patents, right? If not, can you produce an energy saving patent that has been bought and shelved by any oil company?
