• I doubt it, unless you could use is at the top of a ski slope or on a glacier where frozen water was already available.
  If you used a 1m x 1m solar cell (very expensive) it would take at least 30 minutes to produce a kilogram of ice cubes from water, so it wouldn%26#039;t really be a practical proposition. 33% 1 Vote
