what a silly statement, it is not forbidden. It might be in your communities, if they have laws against clothes lines. And most people don%26#039;t like clothes covered in dirt, dust, bugs, etc.

no it is not illegal. at least not in ohio. some people don%26#039;t hang their clothes out due to stuff in the air. kind of a pain to have to rewash.

Its not forbidden in Texas. Sometimes during the summer we hang our clothes on a clothesline in our backyard. Its even better than a dryer because ur clothes dont wrinkle.

Only under certain conditions. Some condo and upscale housing developments ban it. It looks bad.
