this is my everyday schedule... sorta
but recently like my energy has been sapped dry, as soon as i get home im tired and after being on the comp like 1 1/2 hours im completely worn out! what should i do guys? how can i gain more energy??? plz help me im desperate

Change your diet to something much more healthy.
Foods high in sugar give you a quick rush of energy but it won%26#039;t be long until you feel flat. -
you%26#039;re burning the candle at both ends. you need to slow down.

Try some vitamins and some exercises.
