Recycling dirty aluminum foil. Is it ok to just put it in the bin dirty, or does it have to be washed?

• Whatever is cooked on to the foil would burn off when the aluminum is melted. But if you think about it, that extra burning would cost fuel. Then again the water you used to wash the foil will take energy as well. It%26#039;s up to you.
