• I was at Subic Bay in 1996 and thought that it was like a Ghost Town there after all the US Navy personnel had left. Thousands of jobs left the area when the base was closed .I think it might be a good move to build the plant because Manila frequently suffers from Brown Outs due to lack of energy. It could provide much needed employment to the area as well. It would be up to the Filipino people to ensure it runs CLEANLY and SAFELY. 25% 1 Vote
