The true science says that it is the Sun that is causing most of the recent warming that we have been hearing about.
Carbon Dioxide (CO2) is only accountable for less than 5% of greenhouse gases and we only make about 5% of that. (About 90-95% of Greenhouse Gases is Water Vapor)
The reason for increased CO2 is because as the oceans become heated, they cannot hold as much as they could if they were cooler, so the oceans release the excess into the atmosphere. From what I hear, the oceans can hold many times more energy and heat then the air. This meaning that the atmosphere should have very little effect on the oceans and that the sun or perhaps the Earth itself is heating up the surface since those are two of the only things that could heat our vast oceans.
Also, the Earth hasn’t warmed in nearly a decade but has actually fallen and it has fallen greatly within the past 2 years. Many scientists believe we are about to go through another little ice age.

There are also other ways to use solar energy besides panels. Some technologies focus mirrors on materials that are naturally good at storing heat, then those materials heat up to temperatures that can generate steam which run turbines.
Solar energy is the future. If its not worth it economically now its because enough hasnt been invested into it.
All the energy on the planet comes from the sun in some way, all the food you eat, all the energy stored in gas and oil, its all from the sun.

There are many reasons for the human society to get out of the oil economy and it is not only global warming which is still debatable. Some of these include less global conflicts, healthier air, local economical independence, less cancer, less asama, less pollutants in water we all drink and rivers. I would love to produce my own electricity and not have to pay for it or depend on others to produce it for me. I would not like to be in a black out.

Solar energy and hydrogen technology will allow individuals to produce their own energy. Energy for free. That is the quest. This will give individuals and societies freedom from corporate price gauging. In the USA we have become too dependant in the oil industry. We are at a point where they can charge what ever they like and there is nothing an individual can do.
All we need in USA right now is the Democrats to take over the politics run by the oil industry and start investing in other forms of energy.
