Very soon now, there will be a large portion of society that will die from lack of food because they fear hurting a plants feeling, or an animals feelings. Or even hurting amoeba%26#039;s in water by swallowing them. Air molecules likely have feelings also.
This kind of puts things in perspective don%26#039;t it?. If your worry or concern for all these things is more important than living, you may as well lie down and die now, Just a matter of time feeling the way you do. 0% 0 Votes -
There are actually studies that seem to indicate they do however it is very hard to quantify. I believe mythbusters did a study that was inconclusive about this. When cut electrodes show a spike in electrical activity. They may not have the same type of feelings we do but then again they might. Good luck.

No, plants don%26#039;t have %26quot;feelings.%26quot; The proof is simple; plants lack the nerves necessary to conduct such sensations.

Your science teacher is damn fool. Plants do not have nervous systems. Does your teacher also complain about the plight of the tree fairies?
