What brand is the best quality compact florescent? In the last 2 days I have purchased a 2 pack of n:vison 19w CF%26#039;s and a 3 pack of Sylvania 19w CF%26#039;s. All but one bulb (a Sylvania) made a buzzing sound when turned on. I want to find a bulb that doesn%26#039;t buzz.
