What can I do with plastic wrappings that wrap flowers after I am done with the flowers? Can I recycle those plastic cut flower wraps after I am done with them? Or is there another way I can reuse them?

Wipe them down and fold them for use in gift bags or for wrapping gifts. Wrap them around the outside of small pots, and tie them tastefully with ribbon (cutting them to size).
Put colored or decorative paper towels inside the cone shaped plastic, and fill it up with a variety of candies and give that away as a gift.
