What can be made with unripe apples? We have a lot of apples comming off our trees that are not ripe.

I was raised not to waste, by a depression era mother. So this is driving me nuts!

Also do you know of any sites that might be helpful. Cooks.com as diverse as it is, has nothing.

That happened to us many years ago and Mom cleaned them up and put them in jars. She then found a receipt for pickled peaches . It had vinegar and spices in it with sugar. Got it very hot and pored it over the apples. It worked very good even the peal was tender due to the vinegar.
