What does it take to call a building %26quot;green%26quot;? Can you market your building as %26quot;green%26quot; if it has just a few green features, or does it have to meet certain minimum guidelines? I am thinking about this in the way that the word %26quot;organic%26quot; is regulated on food labels.

Also - do you think it%26#039;s redundant to call something %26quot;green%26quot; and %26quot;sustainable%26quot; in the same sentence? I am putting together a sign for my company%26#039;s real estate development, and I%26#039;m wondering if it is pointless to call the project %26quot;a green, sustainable development%26quot; or if both words really mean the same thing. 50% 2 Votes

green and sustainable don%26#039;t mean the same thing, but will still sound redundant.
