What kind of insurance policy document will hold a house together in an earthquake? I am always told not to worry, because we all have insurance against disasters.

Best Answer

You would be better off using metal straps and bolts. Documents are made of paper and are not very strong for holding a structure together. You could take a course at the community college on construction techniques. It will be very helpful for you. Good luck in your new career.

AHA! Someone with an eye for the obvious!

Mongoose; I am a Product Developer with a new type of building reinforcing, using structural steel strap-nets that I developed, called Closed-Nets. I own a business, write educational and how-to books. Think-tank on Yahoo, on new discovery, thanks.
