In many citys they are free, but not all. Give a call to the solid waste department of your city, they will either get you to the right place or send you one.If you do have to call them, ask if you can use your own. Then you could just make one.
If all else fails, go out on recycling day and ask a neighbor.

from the city you live in. In my case the first one they give you is free any you need or require or lose you have to pay for.

I got mine by calling the sanitation department in my city. They only cost money if you are in a 5 or more apt complex (at least in my area) which they bill to the landlord.

it all depends on where you live if it is free.some are free and some you will have to pay for. if you do have to pay for it the company put it on your water and garbage bill. you will have to call your water or garbage company and they can tell you how to go about getting one.

Check with your city/county utilities department or the company who picks up your garbage. If they don%26#039;t have any to give, they can probably lead you in the right direction to one.

In my city recycling bins can be picked up at the local fire station.

In my area it depends on if you are manditory or voluntary recycler.
Voluntary recyclers don%26#039;t get even one recycle bin free. But there are always other containers you can use for this purpose, so it%26#039;s no hardship. -
Call your sanitation department and/or your recycling station. The first one should be for free.

depends where u live. call your local utility questions/answer line. probably, in apartments you just look outside for the appropriate receptacles - for a duplex or house, contact your city licensing department, or landlord (generally, garbage bin will be brown, recycle will be green). and by the way, where the hell do you live that you would even have to ask this ???)
