Tiger, definitely. Lions, contrary to popular belief, almost never live in a forest (the exception being the lions of India), but stick to the wide-open grassy savanah of Africa. Tigers, however, often live in the forests of India and Asia and prefer more wooded areas.
If you%26#039;re asking who would win a fight between these two, it would most likely depend on the gender and specie of Tiger/Lion, but Siberian Tigers are the biggest cats in the world and would certainly beat a female if not a male lion. A very small population of lions does exist in a small forest of India called the %26quot;Gir%26quot; Forest but they are rather small and tend to avoid tigers.

Lions might be called the king of the forest, but they usually live in the open savannas. Tigers live in forests/jungles and are the top predator, if you exclude humans.
There%26#039;s many different types of forests, so I%26#039;d say many different types of Kings of the forest.
Swamp forest? Alligator
Rainforest? Jaguar
Southern Pine Forest? Florida Panther
etc, etc, etc.

i would have to say humans because we can choose to create or destroy the forests as we please. now, this might not convince you, but isn%26#039;t the one being able to create or destroy worlds(in most religions) the one who is in charge?
